Seattle Tape Player Array by Cameron Perry Fraser 2018
Seattle Tape Player Array is a collection of old cassette players triggered by proximity. The players each have the voice of a Seattle-based musician featuring their solo instrumental work also pulled from cassettes from the 70s-90s. This projects explores media archeology, sensing and control systems and location. Each player has been tuned to the key of A and exists as an endless loop cassette.
