The DXARTS Gallery is a 1000 square foot space located in the basement of McMahon Hall, adjacent to the graduate studios and fabrication labs. Well-equipped with video, sound, and lighting hardware, the gallery hosts student, faculty, and visiting artist projects throughout the year. Envisioned as a space for exhibition as well as experimentation, prototyping, and documentation, the gallery supports a variety of installation and performance formats.  

 

Equipment and hardware includes, but is not limited to: 

  • 4K Epson cinema projector
  • Mac Mini with 4K video
  • 2 Optoma 4K short throw projectors
  • 2 dedicated Adam S3XV studio reference monitor speakers
  • 12 NEC 48" commercial grade flat screen displays
  • 4 RGB LED par lighting modules
  • 20' 20' ceiling theater grid
  • Track lighting including sports and floods
  • Various gallery plinths
  • False walls throughout
