Step1: Connecting the cables and electrodes
Of the two white lead wires that come out the device, the Red tipped lead is the Anode (+), and the Black tipped lead is the Cathode (-). Take the adapter and plug the Red end into the Red cable wire, and the Black end into the Black cable wire.

Step3: Positioning the electrodes onto the desired areas
Placing the electrodes and make sure they are secured in place with a headband or other fastening material. If you plan to stimulate any bare-skin areas, be sure to thoroughly wash the area beforehand.
Step4: Operating the device
The selector knob on the device allows you to control the output current between 0.5mA, 1.0mA, 1.5mA, and 2mA. The LED on the top of the device will indicate whether or not the device is on. Before turning on the device, ensure that all cables and electrodes are connected properly.
