Biography

Professor Christopher Ozubko received his Master's Degree at the Cranbrook Academy of Art. His atelier, Studio Ozubko, has garnered over one hundred regional, national and international awards; his work has been published in all major design magazines and exhibited in Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czechoslovakia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Poland and the United States. Christopher is a past president of Seattle chapter of the AIGA, and the current director of the School of Art. He is developing collaborations with European and Asian design institutions to allow for student and faculty exchange. In 1994, Christopher was selected for the Swiss publication Who's Who in Graphic Design, which showcases the work and contributions of international designers. In autumn 2002 he was recognized as an AIGA fellow, one of 10 national awards of distinction for significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence in practice and conduct within the design community.
