Ewa Trębacz was awarded one of the Listen UP! Music by Women grants, given by the Allied Arts Foundation to women composers and songwriters in Washington State.
Listen UP! Music by Women was a new, cross-genre competition for new works by women composers and songwriters and was the first opportunity of its kind in Washington State, presenting an opportunity for community dialogue, expression and support for the significant female talent in Washington. The amount and number of awards was determined by a juried review of the work submitted.
